Được sự phân công của Giám đốc dự án. Tôi bắt đầu công tác tại văn phòng Công ty TNHH TV QL XD DELTA tại công trường với chức vụ Thư kí dự án.
Tôi muốn đề nghị với BGĐ việc tạo một quỹ tiền để tôi thanh tóan hằng tháng cho việc mua văn phòng phẩm thay vì đến cuối tháng mới thống kê lại và gửi cho BGĐ. Vì tôi mới bắt đầu công việc và cũng chỉ thuê nhà hằng tháng nên khả năng tài chính của tôi cũng không cho phép để tôi có thể thanh toán hết được các phát sinh từ văn phòng phẩm trong xuyên suốt tháng.
Do vậy, để hỗ trợ công việc đảm bảo công tác cung cấp văn phòng phẩm, trang phục, và một số công tác hỗ trợ cho văn phòng kịp thời.
Tôi đề nghị Giám sát Trưởng, Lãnh đạo Công ty xem xét, chấp thuận đề nghị hỗ trợ chi phí, để tôi có thêm động lực hoàn thành công việc.
Số tiền đề nghị hỗ trợ:
- 2,500,000 triệu/tháng.
Rất mong được sự chấp thuận của GĐDA, Lãnh đạo Công ty.
