Đề tài sử dụng tỷ số lợi nhuận ròng trên doanh thu (ROS-return on sales) và tỷ số lợi nhuận ròng trên tổng tài sản của doanh nghiệp (ROA-Return on total assets) để đo lường hiệu quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp.
Qua thực trạng và phân tích các nhân tố ảnh hưởng, kết quả hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh Cà Mau chưa cao. Từ đó, tác giả đề xuất các giải pháp, đồng thời đưa ra kiến nghị với các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước để cải thiện môi trường kinh doanh nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh Cà Mau.
