bên B chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về việc bảo quản và sử dụng số lượng TXC mà bên A đã giao cho bên B ngay khi ký nhận đúng mục đích của hợp đồng này.
Bên B có trách nhiệm ký nhận vào biên bản giao nhận của bên A thì bên A giao TXC cho bên V
bên B có trách nhiệm hướng dẫn cho các đồng sự hay những người được bên B cho phép sử dụng dịch vụ TXC do bên A cung cấp, hiểu rõ về dịch vụ và cách sử dụng TXC cũng như nội dung của hợp đồng này.
Để đảm bảo tính khách quan và chính xác cho khách hàng sử dụng dịch vụ TXC, bên B có trách nhiệm thực hiện đúng điều khoản 2.2.2. Nếu bất cứ lí do gì mà bên B không ghi rõ số tiền sử dụng taxi vào phần lưu của khách hàng cho việc đối chiếu vào mỗi lần thanh toán. Bên B sẽ chịu hoàn toàn mọi rủi ro trong việc thanh toán cho bên A nếu như không đối chiếu được số cước phí taxi bên B sử dụng.
