ÑIEÀU 11: Tranh chấp và giải quyết tranh chấp:
- Hai bên thường xuyên trao đổi để biết tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu có vấn đề bất lợi phát sinh các bên phải kịp báo cho nhau biết và cùng thương lượng giải quyết trên tinh thần hợp tác tôn trọng lẫn nhau và cùng có lợi.
- Trong trường hợp không đạt được thỏa thuận giữa hai bn, việc giải quyết tranh chấp thơng qua hịa giải, trọng ti hoặc tịa n nhn dăn TP-HCM giải quyết theo quy định của pháp luật.
