Nếu xảy ra trường hợp hư hỏng hoặc mất mát tài sản được xác định do lỗi của nhân viên Bên B gây ra, Bên B phải bồi thường một phần hoặc toàn bộ thiệt hại (tùy từng trường hợp) cho Bên A. Trường hợp Bên B từ chối bồi thường thì Bên A sẽ trừ trực tiếp từ hóa đơn chi phí của tháng liền kề sau đó
