Từ tuần trước tới nay, trong suy nghĩ của tôi lúc nào cũng gợi lên 1 câu hỏi, rằng : " làm thế nào để giải quyết vấn đề này?
Deloitte là một môi trường tốt để tôi rèn luyện bản thân mình, và chính nó cũng là một cơ hội cho tối phát triển tương lai sự nghiệp với công việc mà tôi thích, đó là kiểm toán. Tuy nhiên, tôi cảm thấy bản thân mình chưa chuẩn bị sẵn sàng, chưa đủ tự tin vì họ yêu cầu rất nhiều điều kiện mà tôi chưa thể đáp ứng được! Vấn đề nào cũng cần kỹ năng ngoại ngữ, mà ngoại ngữ của tôi thì rất tệ.
Trong tất cả các yêu cầu mà công ty quy định cho ứng cử viên ứng tuyển vào công ty, thì lúc nào tôi cũng lo sợ ở vấn đề kỹ năng nghe, nói , đọc và viết anh văn trong môi trường chủ động. Tôi thấy lo lắng vì thưc tế, tôi luôn cần công cụ hỗ trợ, chưa bao giờ và chưa khi nào tôi hoàn thành chúng một mình. cảm thấy rất lo lắng!
