Buổi lễ vinh danh có sự tham dự của nhiều nguyên thủ quốc gia và các quan chức đại diện của các nước. Đoàn đại biểu nước ta do thứ trưởng bộ nông nghiệp và phát triển nông thôn Nguyễn thị xuân thu dẫn đầu.
