Bất cứ thông báo, yêu cầu, thoả thuận, chào hàng hoặc đòi hỏi đưa vào hợp đồng này phải được làm thành văn bản và gửi đầy đủ, được giao tận tay hoặc gửi bằng bưu điện, telex hoặc điện tín và phải được bưu điện xác nhận.
