Công ty đã mua bảo hiểm cho hàng hóa vận chuyển theo quy định, riêng nếu vận chuyển
đường biển thì sẽ mua thêm bảo hiểm trách nhiệm theo yêu cầu điều kiện vận chuyển, đảm
bảo hàng hóa được an toàn trên đường đi.
 Tùy theo yêu cầu vận chuyển hàng hóa bằng thùng xe tải hay container đều phải đảm bảo vệ
sinh, không bị thủng, móp méo; hàng hóa phải được niêm phong từ nơi nhận hàng cho đến
nơi giao hàng.
 Công ty cung cấp seal miễn phí cho khách hàng khi vận chuyển hàng nhập từ cảng đến kho
trước và sau khi Hải quan kiểm hóa và ngược lại.
 Khi nhận lệnh chở hàng, bộ phận vận tải đều phối các xe đến nơi giao, nhận hàng và bắt
buộc tuân theo các tiêu chí:

 Khi xe vận hành trên xa lộ các thủ tục phải đầy đủ như : giấy tờ chứng minh nguồn gốc
xuất xứ hàng hóa, lệnh kéo công-ten-nơ, sổ đăng kiểm kỹ thuật, giấy đăng ký xe ô tô,

giấy phép lái xe, giấy tờ liên quan khác để thuận lợi trong việc các cơ quan chức năng
kiểm tra;
 Trong quá trình triển khai thực hiện nhiệm vụ và quyền hạn nếu có vướng mắc tổ an
toàn giao thông kịp thời báo cáo để Tổng Giám đốc cùng các phòng ban liên quan phối
hợp giải quyết.
