Khi viết bài này, tôi vừa nhận được tin từ một người bạn cùng lớp – nghĩa là chưa ra trường – đã rất bản lĩnh vượt qua 200 ứng viên để dành được một ví trí hấp dẫn trong một công ty lớn, mà vị trí này đòi hỏi phải có kinh nghiệm.
Điều đó cho thấy sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp có những lợi thế riêng và có những tổ chức biết trân trọng điều đó. Vậy tại sao chúng ta không tự tin khi đi xin việc? Chúc các bạn thành công.
