Về chi phí: Từ năm 2012 – 2014 tổng chi phí có xu hướng giảm dần qua các năm, do lãi suất giảm thể hiện ở năm 2013 tổng chi giảm 29.235 triệu đồng (tương ứng với giảm 10%) so với năm 2012; đến năm 2014 tổng chi giảm 1.110 triệu đồng (tương ứng với giảm 0,44%) so với năm 2013. Trong tổng chi phí thì chi phí lãi vẫn chiếm đa số, năm 2013 chi phí lãi giảm 16% tức là 36.372 triệu đồng, qua năm 2014 chi phí lãi giảm 16.865 triệu đồng tức là giảm 9%.
