Trong trường hợp một trong hai Bên

Trong trường hợp một trong hai Bên có lỗi trong việc thực hiện nghĩa vụ của mình theo Hợp đồng này và lỗi vi phạm không xảy ra trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày sau khi nhận được văn bản thông báo của bên kia thì sẽ được xem như đã vi phạm Hợp đồng và Bên kia có quyền chấm dứt Hợp đồng bằng cách gửi thông báo chấm dứt đến bên vi phạm. Bất kỳ tranh cãi, bất đồng hoặc khiếu nại nào phát sinh ngoài hoặc có liên quan đến hợp đồng này trước tiên sẽ được giải quyết trên cơ sở hòa giải hai bên cùng có lợi. Nếu không thể giải quyết tranh chấp thông qua thương lượng trong vòng 03 tháng sau khi nhận thư thông báo thì sẽ được đệ trình lên Ban Giám đốc dựa trên thông báo bằng văn bản và quyết định của Ban Giám đốc.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In the event either party at fault in the performance of its obligations under this contract and no violation error occurs within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice of the other party, it will be viewed as breach of contract and the other party has the right to terminate the contract by sending a notice to terminate the offending party. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to this agreement will be settled first on the basis of mediation of mutual benefit. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 3 months after receiving a notification message will be submitted to the Board of Directors based on the written notice and the decision of the Board of Directors.

In case either party at fault in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and the offense did not occur within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from the other party shall be considered to have breached the contract and the other party may terminate the Agreement by sending notice of termination to the breaching party. Any controversy, dispute or claim arising out of or related to this Agreement will first be resolved on the basis of mutual reconciliation beneficial. If the dispute can not be resolved through negotiation within 03 months after receipt of written notice shall be submitted to the Board on notice in writing and the decision of the Board of Directors.
