Hiện chúng ta có một khoản vay ngoại tệ từ ngân hàng SCB – Anh ( 7,5 triệu usd ); chúng tôi đã theo sát tình hình biến động của tỷ giá và lãi suất vay trong và ngoài nước và ngay khi ngân hàng VN phá giá VNĐ 3% nếu tính lãi suất vay usd hiện tại quy ra lãi suất vay VNĐ chúng ta vẫn đang có lợi (lãi suất vay dài dạn VNĐ hiện đang 8.5% - 10%) trong khi khoản vay của chúng ta sau khi qui đổi sang lãi suất VNĐ chỉ vào khoảng 7.5%. Tôi dự định sẽ trả hết số tiền 7.5 triệu usd này cho SCB - Anh (chúng ta đang có 180 tỷ VNĐ gửi trong ngân hàng), tuy nhiên trước mắt chúng ta có kế hoạch cần tài trợ vốn (mua Pico trong tháng 12 - hôm trước tôi có hỏi Mr. Huy và Huy báo sẽ cần khoản tiền này).
