Tôi đã áp dụng 5S tại VP làm việc của mình và thấy hài lòng về 5S.
5S Giúp tôi sắp xếp VP làm việc khoa học hơn, thuận tiện hơn và giải quyết công việc nhanh hơn ( VD: Đối với máy in, fax …. Được gắn nhãn trạng thái sử dụng và lịch bảo trì; Đối với quản lý công việc luôn được gắn nhãn phân loại: Đã thực hiện; Đang thực hiện, chưa thực hiện … để kiểm soát tốt tiến độ )
