Tôi tốt nghiệp phổ thông năm 1996 và thi đỗ vào Học viện Kỹ thuật Quân sự với điểm số cao thứ hai của khóa thi. Khi còn là học viên, tôi đã được các thầy giúp đỡ để vừa học tập tốt, vừa tham gia các hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học đạt kết quả cao … Tốt nghiệp kỹ sư chuyên ngành Vũ khí tại Học viện Kỹ thuật Quân sự năm 2002, tôi được giữ lại làm cán bộ giảng dạy ở Bộ môn Vũ khí, Khoa Vũ khí. Cùng với quá trình giảng dạy, tôi tích cực học tập nâng cao trình độ và vinh dự nhận học vị Thạc sỹ năm 2005, Tiến sỹ năm 2013.
