QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Về việc phê duyệt điều chỉnh, bổ sung thiết kế bản vẽ thi công và tổng dự toán các tiểu dự án Nâng cao chất lượng sản xuất chè an toàn ở huyện Đồng Hỷ, Đại Từ, Phổ Yên, Phú Lương và Định Hóa "trong dự án: nâng cao chất lượng về an toàn và khí sinh học phát triển sản phẩm nông nghiệp (QSEAP) của tỉnh Thái Nguyên ". GIÁM ĐỐC SỞ NÔNG NGHIỆP VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN NÔNG THÔN THÁI NGUYÊN Căn cứ Luật Xây dựng số 16 ngày 26 Tháng Mười Một 2003; Căn cứ Luật Đấu thầu; theo quy định của pháp luật sửa đổi , bổ sung một số điều của Luật liên quan đến đầu tư xây dựng cơ bản của 38/2009 / QH12 năm 2009; Căn cứ Nghị định số 85/2009 / NĐ-CP của Chính phủ ngày 15/10/2009 hướng dẫn thi hành Luật Đấu thầu và lựa chọn nhà thầu theo Luật Xây dựng; Căn cứ Hiệp định vay số 2513-VIE (SE) vào 30/6/2009 giữa Ngân hàng Phát triển Châu Á (ADB) và Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Căn cứ Hiệp định vay số 2513 -VIE (SE) vào 30/6/2009 giữa Ngân hàng Phát triển Châu Á (ADB) và Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Căn cứ Quyết định số 3662 / QĐ-BNN-HỢP TÁC QUỐC TẾ vào 20/11/2008 của Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn về việc phê duyệt dự án QSEAP báo cáo nghiên cứu khả thi; Căn cứ Quyết định số 3281 / QĐ-UBND ngày 08 / 12/2009 và Quyết định số 605 / QĐ-UBND ngày 29/03/2013 của tỉnh Thái Nguyên phê duyệt quy hoạch và điều chỉnh quy hoạch tổng thể dự án Nâng cao chất lượng, an toàn sản phẩm nông nghiệp và phát triển chương trình khí sinh học, tỉnh Thái Nguyên; Căn cứ quyết định số 2976 / QĐ-UBND ngày 13/12/2012 và Quyết định số 3101, 3102, 3103, 3104 vào 26/12/2012 của tỉnh Thái Nguyên về việc phê duyệt báo cáo kinh tế-kỹ thuật cho các dự án chúng tôi cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm chè an toàn trên địa bàn huyện Phổ Yên, Định Hoá, Phú Lương, Đại Từ, Đồng Hỷ; Căn cứ báo cáo kết quả thẩm định dự toán điều chỉnh bổ sung của các tiểu dự án nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm chè an toàn ở các huyện: Định Hóa , Phổ Yên, Phú Lương, Đồng Hỷ, Đại Từ số 19 / TD-QLXDCT ngày 2013/12/24 của Văn phòng Quản lý xây dựng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn tỉnh Thái Nguyên; Theo đề nghị của Ban quản lý dự án QSEAP tỉnh Thái Nguyên, QUYẾT ĐỊNH: Điều 1 đã được phê duyệt điều chỉnh, bổ sung thiết kế bản vẽ thi công và tổng dự toán các tiểu dự án Nâng cao chất lượng an toàn sản xuất chè n các huyện Đồng Hỷ, Đại Từ, Phổ Yên, Phú Lương, Định Hòa với nội dung sau: 1 Sub -project 1: Nâng cao chất lượng sản xuất chè an toàn trên địa bàn huyện Đồng Hi.
