PREAMBLE1. REASON for CHOOSING the SUBJECTThe majority of enterprises in Vietnam at present are still not fully aware of the role and importance of Marketing in business. Many companies still view that Marketing is just advertising and promotions. This inadvertently created a conflict between the Marketing Department with the other parts of the business, especially the conflict between the Marketing Department and the sales department. In view of modern Marketing, marketing plays an important role and decisive in any business, Marketing will only know the business should sell what product, with price, sell where and how do customers know your products to their business. And have to say this is the most important task, the central role that govern all other activities in business from accounting to manufacturing, administrative, HR and sales.In the modern business environment, a company wants to survive and develop the key issue is to determine what is your core competencies, and in that capacity I have the ability to meet the needs of the target groups target customers, don't try to market a product with the ability to meet every customer's needs. Meet the needs of not only means to meet the demands of the product and have to meet the needs of both the price (the cost that customers outlay), locations and all of the work of the media and after-sales services. If you want to do that requires leaders of enterprises must be fully aware of the role of Marketing and put in the position of Marketing in the business. So I choose "evaluate situation marketing activities of the company ADIDAS sports" as a subject for study.Besides I thank the Board of Directors company ADIDAS sports along with the employees who help and guide you throughout the process of exercises so I can complete this report.
