Sau khi các công việc theo Hợp đồng

Sau khi các công việc theo Hợp đồng được hoàn thành đáp ứng yêu cầu của Hợp đồng thì Bên B sẽ thông báo cho Bên A để tiến hành nghiệm thu hạng mục công trình.
- Bên B thông báo cho Bên A để nghiệm thu hạng mục công trình không sớm hơn 05 ngày trước khi các hạng mục công việc theo hợp đồng được hoàn thành và sẵn sàng để bàn giao.
- Sau khi hạng mục công trình đủ điều kiện để nghiệm thu, hai bên lập biên bản nghiệm thu, bàn giao hạng mục công trình hoàn thành theo hợp đồng trong 03 ngày.
Nghiệm thu vật tư đầu vào: Bên B sẽ thông báo cho bên A trước 2 ngày để bên A sắp xếp, bố trí nhân lực để nghiệm thu vật tư đầu vào. Trong trường hợp vật liệu đầu vào không đúng với danh mục nêu trong hợp đồng hoặc danh mục điều chỉnh do Bên A yêu cầu thì Bên B phải ngay lập tức thay thế trong vòng 02 ngày làm việc.
- Trường hợp hạng mục công trình chưa đủ điều kiện để nghiệm thu, bàn giao; các bên xác định lý do và nêu cụ thể những công việc mà Bên B phải làm để hoàn thành công trình trong một thời hạn nhất định. Trong thời gian 03 ngày kể từ khi bên A nhận được thông báo nghiệm thu của bên B Bên A không đưa ra lý do và những yêu cầu cụ thể về những công việc mà Bên B cần làm để hoàn thành gói thầu thì coi như Bên A đã chấp thuận đủ điều kiện để tiến hành nghiệm thu công việc/ gói thầu.

During the 3 days of when A party receives notice of the test side B Side A do not give reasons and specific requirements of the job that Side B need to do to complete the package, then regarded as A Party have approved eligible to conduct trials of work/requirement.

Within 03 days after receiving notice Party A Party B acceptance Party A does not give reasons and the specific requirements of the job that Party B to do to complete it as Party Package A qualified approved for conducting test work / package.
