Đặt cọc thực hiện Hợp đồng: Trong vòng 7 (bảy) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày ký Hợp đồng này, bên B sẽ chuyển cho Bên A số tiền 30% giá trị hợp đồng tương ứng với số tiền: 1.078.000 USD (Một triệu, không trăm bảy mươi tám ngàn đô la Mỹ) là tiền đặt cọc thực hiện Hợp đồng này (“Tiền đặt cọc”) bằng phương thức chuyển khoản vào tài khoản của Bên A. Tiền đặt cọc này sẽ được hoàn trả lại cho Bên B hoặc đại diện của Bên B theo quy định tại Điều 5 Hợp đồng này. 70% còn lại trong vòng 07 ngày kể từ ngày giao hàng.
