1. Tất cả công nhân khi vào làm việc sẽ được trang cấp đầy đủ phương tiện bảo hộ lao đông, được huấn luyện an toàn lao động đầy đủ.
2. Tôi sẽ chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm về công nhân của tôi nếu có xảy ra tai nạn (từ lo sơ cấp cứu, thuốc men, viện phí, bồi thường thương tật, tử vong) theo điều 144 và điều 145 của Bộ luật lao động Việt Nam hiện hành sửa đổi 2012.

1. All workers when the work will receive the full range of labour protection means, occupational safety training.
2. I will be totally responsible for my workers if there is an accident (first aid care, medications, hospital fees, compensation for injury, death) under article 144 and 145 of the labour code of current Vietnam revised 2012.
3. Attach a list of labor workers
