Báo cáo của Bộ Thương mại Mỹ, công bố ngày 4/11, cho biết cán cân xuất nhập khẩu của Mỹ trong tháng 9 chỉ còn thâm hụt 40,8 tỷ USD, giảm 15% so với mức thâm hụt 48,02 tỷ USD trong tháng trước đó. Đây là mức thâm hụt thương mại thấp nhất của nền kinh tế lớn nhất thế giới trong vòng 7 tháng qua.
Tổng giá trị xuất khẩu hàng hóa và dịch vụ của nền kinh tế lớn nhất thế giới trong tháng 9 vừa qua đạt 187,9 tỷ USD, tăng khoảng 3 tỷ USD, tương đương với 1,6%, so với tháng trước.
