Điều 9: Bồi thường thiệt hại

- Bên B phải chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường thiệt hại cho Bên A trong các trường hợp sau:

1. Bên B yêu cầu đơn đặt hàng đặc biệt, Bên A đã sản xuất nhưng sau đó Bên B hủy bỏ đơn hàng.

2. Bên B hủy đơn hàng khi Bên A đang tiến hành giao hàng đến Bên B.
Bên B vi phạm các điều khoản được nêu ở Điều 7 đến mức Bên A hủy bỏ hợp đồng.
