Sleep too much
according to a report on TIME magazine then sleep 6.5-7.5 hours a night is enough for most people. Studies have shown that sleep eight hours or more every night can make you more tired and even shorten the lifespan.
bed time is considered sufficient if I wake up with a refreshing feeling. Will we sleep less when getting old, so if a person at the age of 60 felt totally relaxed with sleep six hours a night, then there is something ominous, but if you're new to about 20 years old that sleep 10 hours a day and still don't see enough, you should see a doctor.
