Xây dựng chương trình, nội dung làm việc của Hội đồng quản trị/các Ủy viên Hội đồng quản trị. Giúp Hội đồng quản trị theo dõi tình hình thực hiện các Nghị Quyết/Chỉ đạo của Hội đồng quản trị.
- Tổng hợp và cung cấp các thông tin cho Hội đồng quản trị trong quản lý, điều hành hoạt động các đơn vị thuộc bộ máy tổ chức của BIDV.
- Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ chương trình công tác, quy chế điều hành của Hội đồng quản trị đối với Ban Điều Hành, các Ban/Trung tâm tại Trụ sở chính và các đơn vị thành viên
