TỔ CHỨC VÀ QUẢN LÝ ĐÀO TẠO
Điều 5. Thời gian, kế hoạch đào tạo và tổ chức lớp học
1. Nhà trường tổ chức đào tạo theo khóa học, năm học và học kỳ. Khóa học là thời gian được thiết kế để sinh viên hoàn thành một chương trình đào tạo cụ thể. Thời gian đào tạo của khóa học là 5 năm, tùy theo khả năng học tập, sinh viên được rút ngắn hoặc kéo dài thời gian học tập.
Khung thời gian đào tạo các chuyên ngành (tối thiểu, tối đa): từ 4 năm đến 7 năm.
2. Sau khi kết thúc năm thứ nhất, sinh viên tham dự kỳ thi IELTS nội bộ, đăng ký chuyên ngành học và được sắp xếp theo nguyện vọng khi đạt các điều kiện yêu cầu về tiếng Anh theo quy định như sau: Đối với ngành Kinh tế hàng hải và Toàn cầu hóa: 4.5 IELTS hoặc tương đương; Đối với ngành Kinh doanh quốc tế và Logistics: 4.0 IELTS hoặc tương đương. Các sinh viên đã có các chứng chỉ tiếng Anh quốc tế đạt yêu cầu trên sẽ không phải tham dự kỳ thi nội bộ và được công nhận học tiếp chuyên ngành.
Các sinh viên chưa đat yêu cầu phải tiếp tục tự học Tiếng Anh tới khi đủ điều kiện để học tiếp chương trình hoặc chuyển sang các chương trình khác như quy định trong khoản 1, điều 4.
3. Tổng số tín chỉ phải hoàn thành của cả khoá học: từ 145-155 tín chỉ tùy theo từng chương trình đào tạo đã được phê duyệt, ban hành.
Số học phần sinh viên theo học trong từng học kỳ được thiết kế theo chương trình đào tạo toàn khóa, việc đăng ký học phần theo điều kiện và khả năng học tập của từng sinh viên sẽ được cố vấn học tập hướng dẫn riêng.
Sinh viên phải đăng ký học tập trong thời hạn quy định đối với CTTT (có hướng dẫn riêng). Sinh viên học lại, học cải thiện điểm đóng học phí cho học phần đó theo mức như học lần đầu.
4. Khi tổ chức lớp học, số lượng sinh viên trong từng lớp đảm bảo các điều kiện sau:
- Mỗi lớp thảo luận không quá 30 sinh viên;
- Mỗi nhóm thực hành không quá 15 sinh viên.
Số lượng sinh viên tối thiểu của mỗi lớp học phần do Hiệu trưởng quy định cho từng học kỳ tùy theo điều kiện cụ thể của Nhà trường.
Điều 6. Trách nhiệm của sinh viên và giảng viên của chương trình tiên tiến
1. Trách nhiệm và quyền lợi của Sinh viên
a. Trách nhiệm của Sinh viên
- Tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu để nắm vững chương trình giáo dục đào tạo, kế hoạch học tập mỗi học kỳ. Chấp hành nghiêm chỉnh mọi nội quy, quy chế hiện hành đối với sinh viên hệ đại học chính quy của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo và của Nhà trường.
- Thường xuyên theo dõi các thông báo, đọc kỹ các tài liệu hướng dẫn của mỗi học kỳ để thực hiện các công việc theo đúng trình tự và đúng thời hạn. Thông tin chi tiết xem tại các bảng tin của Viện Đào tạo quốc tế hoặc website http://ise-vmu.edu.vn
- Thực hiện việc đăng ký học phần và đóng học phí theo đúng thời gian quy định. Mức học phí được thông báo vào đầu năm học.
- Thực hiện đầy đủ và nghiêm túc tất cả các yêu cầu của học phần đã đăng ký học, tham dự các kỳ kiểm tra thường kỳ, thi kết thúc học phần, tham gia thực hành, thí nghiệm đúng nhóm đã được xếp.
- Nghiêm cấm các trường hợp thi, kiểm tra không đúng nhóm, tham gia thi tại phòng thi mà không có tên trong danh sách dự thi. Khi vào phòng thi sinh viên phải mang theo thẻ sinh viên.
- Tham gia các hoạt động đoàn thể, không ngừng rèn luyện đạo đức lối sống và thể chất phù hợp với mục tiêu đào tạo của ngành học.
- Tham gia nghiên cứu khoa học theo nhóm nghiên cứu do giảng viên hướng dẫn hoặc tham gia đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học với giảng viên trong quá trình học tập.
b. Quyền lợi của Sinh viên
- Được học tập trong điều kiện tốt hơn so với chương trình đại trà, cơ sở vật chất đạt chuẩn do trường đối tác đề ra.
- Được học tập, nghiên cứu theo phương pháp giảng dạy tiên tiến của trường đối tác thông qua bài giảng của giáo sư nước ngoài, các giảng viên được đào tạo từ các trường danh tiếng trên thế giới.
- Được đóng góp ý kiến về các nội dung: phương pháp giảng dạy của giảng viên; công tác quản lý, phục vụ; điều kiện cơ sở vật chất theo từng học kỳ và từng năm học.
- Được ưu tiên tham dự các hội nghị, hội thảo khoa học và các chương trình trao đổi sinh viên trong nước và quốc tế trong khuôn khổ hoạt động Nhà trường.
- Ưu tiên trong lựa chọn đề tài nghiên cứu, bố trí kinh phí và tổ chức thực hiện đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học các cấp.
- Được hưởng các chế độ, chính sách ưu đãi, chính sách học bổng khuyến khích học tập và các quyền lợi khác như sinh viên đại học hệ chính quy đại trà.
2. Trách nhiệm và quyền lợi của Giảng viên
a. Trách nhiệm của Giảng viên
- Sử dụng linh hoạt các phương pháp giảng dạy tích cực, hiện đại nhằm phát huy tính chủ động của sinh viên. Tăng cường ứng dụng các công nghệ, trang thiết bị giảng dạy và thực hành, thực nghiệm hiện đại. Chủ động hướng dẫn sinh viên phương pháp học tập, phương pháp trình bày, diễn đạt các ý tưởng khoa học.
- Chủ động định hướng sinh viên tự học và có biện pháp kiểm tra, đánh giá phần tự học. Cung cấp đầy đủ giáo trình, tài liệu tham khảo và hướng dẫn tra cứu các nguồn tài liệu cần thiết cho sinh viên nghiên cứu trước khi bắt đầu môn học.
- Quản lý sinh viên trong thời gian trên lớp, chấp hành mọi Quy chế của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo cũng như Quy định của Nhà trường.
- Tích cực tham gia hướng dẫn sinh viên tham gia nghiên cứu khoa học, các hoạt động giao lưu, trao đổi học thuật trong và ngoài trường.
b. Quyền lợi của Giảng viên
- Giảng viên nước ngoài được hỗ trợ trong thời gian tham gia giảng dạy tại Nhà trường. Giảng viên Việt Nam được ưu tiên cử đi đào tạo ngắn hạn nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ trong và ngoài nước theo các chương trình hợp tác của Nhà trường.
- Được bố trí phòng làm việc với các điều kiện đảm bảo giảng dạy và làm việc phù hợp và hiệu quả.
- Được hưởng các định mức thù lao giờ giảng, biên soạn giáo trình, bài giảng, công tác cố vấn học tập... theo quy định của Nhà trường đối với Chương trình tiên tiến.
- Được ưu tiên trong lựa chọn đề tài, bố trí kinh phí và tổ chức thực hiện đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học các cấp. Ưu tiên tham dự các hội nghị, hội thảo khoa học trong và ngoài nước theo quy định để trao đổi kinh nghiệm đào tạo và công bố các công trình nghiên cứu khoa học.
Điều 7. Đánh giá học phần và xử lý kết quả học tập
1. Đánh giá học phần
Phương thức đánh giá các học phần trong CTTT đảm bảo tính linh hoạt, minh bạch, khách quan, phù hợp với từng học phần và tiệm cận với phương thức đánh giá học phần tại trường đối tác.
Điểm tổng hợp đánh giá học phần (gọi tắt là điểm học phần) bao gồm: điểm kiểm tra thường xuyên trong quá trình học tập, điểm đánh giá nhận thức và thái độ tham gia thảo luận, điểm đánh giá phần thực hành, điểm chuyên cần, điểm thi giữa các học phần, điểm tiểu luận.
Việc lựa chọn các hình thức đánh giá bộ phận và trọng số của các điểm đánh giá bộ phận cũng như cách tính điểm tổng hợp đánh giá học phần do giảng viên quyết định và phải được ghi rõ trong đề cương chi tiết của học phần.
Giảng viên trực tiếp ra đề thi, đề kiểm tra và cho điểm đánh giá bộ phận.
2. Cách tính điểm
a. Đối với học phần Lý luận chính trị, Giáo dục thể chất, Giáo dục Quốc phòng – An ninh
Áp dụng như đối với hệ chính quy đại trà.
b. Đối với học phần Tiếng Anh cơ bản
Z = 0,5X + 0,5Y
Trong đó:
Z: Điểm đánh giá học phần;
X: Điểm quá trình học tập (với : Điểm trung bình các giảng viên; : Điểm thi giữa kỳ)
Y: Điểm thi kết thúc học phần (trung bình các bài kiểm tra kết thúc học phần gồm các kỹ năng Nghe, Đọc, Viết, Nói, Ngữ pháp, Thuyết trình).
c. Đối với học phần giảng dạy và học tập bằng tiếng Anh

Trong đó:

Z: Điểm đánh giá học phần;
X: Điểm ý thức, thái độ học tập;
 : điểm 03 lần đánh giá của giảng viên trong quá trình học tập (gồm bài kiểm tra giữa kỳ, bài tiểu luận, bài thuyết trình, bài tập nhóm, bài kiểm tra kết thúc..., do Giảng viên quyết định và có ghi rõ trong đề cương môn học).
3. Hệ thống điểm áp dụng cho Chương trình tiên tiến
Chất lượng học tập của sinh viên được đánh giá bằng một hệ thống điểm cụ thể như sau:
A+, A, A- : kết quả đạt được ở mức cao nhất, loại giỏi
B+, B, B- : kết quả khá
C+, C, C- : kết quả trung bình, đáp ứng được yêu cầu khóa học
D+, D, D- : kết quả đạt được thấp hơn yêu cầu môn học
F: kết quả kém, không đáp ứng được yêu cầu khóa học (Trong trường hợp này sinh viên được thi lại 1 lần và nếu không đạt phải đăng ký học lại).
WU (withdrawal unauthorized): Điểm “WU” dành cho một sinh viên đã đăng ký học phần mà không đăng kí rút khỏi môn học trước thời hạn cho phép và thi trượt. Nó được sử dụng, theo nhận xét đánh giá của giáo viên, khi sinh viên không hoàn thành những tiểu luận hoặc các hoạt động khóa. Về mục đích tính điểm môn học và điểm trung bình chung học tập, nó tương đương với điểm “F”. Trách nhiệm của sinh viên là phải đăng ký rút môn học mà sinh viên đó đã đăng ký học trước đó vì không thể tiếp tục tham gia môn học

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Article 5. Time, plan and organize training classes

1. Responsibilities and rights of students

- Participation in union activities, continually practicing moral and physical lifestyle consistent with the training objectives of the discipline.

b. Rights of Students
- Studying in better condition than the mass program, facility standards proposed by the partner universities.
- To study, research advanced teaching methods of school partners through lectures of foreign professors, the faculty are trained from renowned universities in the world.
- To comment on the content: teaching methods of teachers; management, service; infrastructure conditions in each semester and each school year.
- It is preferred to attend conferences, symposiums and the student exchange program in the country in the framework of the school.
- Priority in selection research projects, allocate funds and implementation of scientific research projects at all levels.
- To benefit from the regime, incentives and policies to encourage academic scholarship and other benefits such as college students the main system mass.
2. Responsibilities and rights of Trainers
a. Responsibilities of the Trainer
- Use flexible teaching methods actively, modern promotes the autonomy of students. Enhanced application technologies, equipment and teaching and practice of modern experimental. Actively guide students learning methods, presentation methods, express scientific ideas.
- Proactively orient students to learn and to take measures to inspect and evaluate the study. Provide adequate textbooks, reference materials and reference guide of resources necessary for research students before the start of the course.

- Actively participate in guiding students to participate in scientific research and exchanges, academic exchanges in and out of school.
b. Benefits of Trainers
- Trainer foreign assistance in time to participate in teaching at the university. Vietnam Lecturer prioritized short-term training, enhance professional skills, foreign and domestic operations under the cooperation program of the school.
- To arrange an office with the conditions to ensure faculty teach and work accordingly and efficiently.

Article 7. Evaluation modules and processor achievement episode
1. Review module

On the subject scoring purposes and academic grade point average, it is equivalent to "F".
