Điều 5.Quyền và nghĩa vụ của Bên B
5.1. Cung cấp dịch vụ, tài khoản và các tài liệu kỹ thuật liên quan tới nội dung, hoạt động của các gói phần mềm theo Điều 1 của hợp đồng này.
5.2. Trong thời hạn hợp đồng, Bên B có trách nhiệm khắc phục mọi sự cố, lỗi chữ ký số liên quan đến kỹ thuật khi nhận được thông báo của Bên A. Bên B sẽ đổi thiết bị mới cho Bên A nếu thiết bị cấp ra bị hư hỏng, lỗi phát sinh do kỹ thuật. Bên B không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào về việc thiết bị hư hỏng do tác động từ bên ngoài như: làm va đập, bị thấm nước,.….Thời gian bảo hành thiết bị là 12 tháng kể từ ngày được cấp phát.
5.3. Bên B sẽ thông báo cho Bên A trước 15 ngày khi gói cước hết hạn sử dụng.
