Tuy vậy, người mua sẽ có được những đánh giá sơ bộ về khả năng thu hút khách du lịch của loại hình này khi những khu căn hộ, biệt thự nghỉ dưỡng tại Đà Nẵng như Furama Villas, Hyatt Regency, Vinpearl Luxury và Ocean Villas mở cửa vào cuối năm nay.
