- Khái niệm chính sách lãi suất:
Chính sách lãi suất là một trong những công cụ của chính sách tiền tệ.Tuỳ thuộc từng mục tiêu của chính sách tiền tệ, Ngân hàng Nhà nước áp dụng cơ chế điều hành lãi suất phù hợp nhằm ổn định thị trường tiền tệ, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho hoạt động ngân hàng và sự phân bổ có hiệu quả các nguồn vốn trong nền kinh tế.
- Cách thức điều chỉnh chính sách lãi suất:
