Theo thông báo của Sở KHĐT :
Yêu cầu KLW Resource SDN.BHD mở tài khoản vốn đầu tư tại ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam, dùng tài khoản này để thanh toán tiền mua phần vốn của bà Kuo Chia Wen và ông Yeh Yen Ting, sau đó photo chứng thực hồ sơ mở tài khoản này tại ngân hàng và chứng từ thanh toán nộp bổ sung cho cơ quan cấp phép.

Khi mở tài khoản của KLW tại ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam chuẩn bị hồ sơ gồm :
1.Bản sao chứng thực hợp pháp lãnh sự giấy phép của KLW
2.Giấy ủy quyền cho người mở tài khoản ký đóng dấu hợp lệ

Hồ sơ có điều chỉnh thêm một số thông tin theo đề nghị của cơ quan cấp phép, U&I sẽ điều chỉnh và gửi KLW ký, đóng dấu lại và nộp bổ sung khi có hồ sơ ngân hàng phần trên.
