Trách nhiệm của bên A:
-         Tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho bên B đến gom và vận chuyển phế liệu ( dọn dẹp khu vực gọn gàng ngăn nắp, thuận tiện cho việc thu gom)
- Cùng với bên B giám sát việc cân phế liệu tái chế và phế liệu xử lý.
- Có trách nhiệm bảo quản thùng chứa đựng do bên B mang đến chứa.

Quyền - Trách nhiệm bên B
-         Bốc xếp và vận chuyển phế phẩm, phế liệu xử lý , chi phí do bên A chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán.     
-         Đảm bảo đủ nhân lực cần thiết để tiến hành thu gom phế liệu theo đúng thỏa thuận.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
