5.1 Hợp đồng hết hạn.
5.2 Hợp đồng này được chấm dứt trước thời hạn nhưng không bị trong điều kiện:
- Diện tích thương mại SO – 31 cho thuê bị phá dỡ theo quyết định của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
- Diện tích thương mại SO – 31 cho thuê bị hư hỏng nặng cho những nguyên nhân bất khả kháng nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát của bên A (chiến tranh, hỏa hoạn, động đất,…) đến đến việc bên B không thể tiếp tục sử dụng được.
5.3 Trường hợp một trong hai bên vi phạm không thực hiện đúng những điều khoản đã thỏa thuận trong hợp đồng này dẫn tới việc chấm dứt Hợp đồng trước thời hạn thì bên B sẽ mất tiền đặt cọc cho bên A số tiền đặt cọc nếu bên B vi phạm; bên A sẽ mất cho bên B 200% (hai trăm phần trăm) số tiền bên B đã đặt cọc cho bên A nếu bên A vi phạm.
