Rich land sẽ tạo hồ sơ điều chỉnh nhiệm vụ quy hoạch và trình lên Chủ Đầu Tư để thống nhất các chỉ tiêu kinh tế kỹ thuật, sau đó chúng tôi sẽ phối hợp với Chủ Đầu Tư và Uỷ Ban phường 3, quận 11 lấy ý kiến của cộng đồng dân cư về nội dung điều chỉnh nhiệm vụ quy hoạch (30 ngày làm việc dựa theo quy định). Ngay sau khi chúng tôi nhận được ý kiến chấp thuận của Uỷ ban nhân dân thành phố về việc điều chỉnh chi tiêu quy hoạch kiến trúc, Rich Land sẽ hoàn thiện hồ sơ điều chỉnh Nhiệm vụ quy hoạch và trình lên Cơ quan chức năng để thẩm định và phê duyệt.
