- Nhà lớp học 04 phòng: Công trình dân dụng, cấp III; các kích thước chính (LxBxH)=( 28.8x8.1x5.9)m.

1.5.1 Cơ sở pháp lý

Căn cứ Thông tư số: 07/2007/TT-BXD, ngày 25/7/2007 của Bộ Xây dựng về việc hướng dẫn phương pháp xác định giá ca máy và thiết bị thi công xây dựng công trình;
Căn cứ công văn số: 74/SXD-KT&QLHĐXD, ngày 18/01/2013 của Sở Xây dựng tỉnh Đắk Nông V/v công bố giá nhân công, giá ca máy và thiết bị thi công trên địa bàn tỉnh theo Nghị định số 103/2012/NĐ-CP ngày 04/12/2012 của Chính phủ.
Căn cứ công văn số 682/LSXD-TCKH ngày 01/08/2014 về việc công bố đơn giá vật liệu xây dựng tháng 07 trên địa bàn tỉnh.
Căn cứ Chủ trương số 1225/UBND-TCKH ngày 17/09/2014. Về việc thống nhất cho chủ trương cho lập hồ sơ đầu tư xây dựng công trình năm 2015.
Căn cứ Quyết định số: 85/QĐ–PGD&ĐT, ngày 18 tháng 09 năm 2014 của Phòng Giáo dục và Đào tạo huyện Đăk Glong về việc chỉ định thầu tư vấn lập báo cáo kinh tế kỹ thuật xây dựng công trình: Trường tiểu học Quang Trung; Hạng mục: Nhà lớp học 04 phòng, xã Đăk Plao, huyện Đăk Glong, tỉnh Đăk Nông.

CHƯƠNG 2
MỤC TIÊU VÀ SỰ CẦN THIẾT PHẢI ĐẦU TƯ

2.1 Đặt vấn đề về mục tiêu và sự cần thiết phải đầu tư:
Căn cứ Chủ trương số 1225/UBND-TCKH ngày 17/09/2014. Về việc thống nhất cho chủ trương cho lập hồ sơ đầu tư xây dựng công trình năm 2015.
2.1.1 Mục tiêu chung:
Trường tiểu học Quang Trung là một trường được thành lập đã lâu, do nhu cầu phát triển nhanh của khu vực, tình trạng học sinh đến trường ngày càng đông. Do diện tích trường nhỏ, không đáp ứng được xây thêm phòng học. Vì vậy Trường tiểu học Quang Trung tách thêm phân hiệu mới, Hạng mục: Nhà lớp học 04 phòng nhằm tạo cơ sở vật chất, phòng học đầy đủ tiện nghi, khang trang hơn cho học sinh đến trường tránh trường hợp phải thiếu phòng học, nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy và học của giáo viên và học sinh Trường tiểu học Quang Trung , tạo điều kiện cho các em học sinh đến trường học tập và sinh hoạt là hết sức cần thiết, cấp bách.
2.1.2 Mục tiêu cụ thể:
Việc đầu tư xây dựng phân hiệu Trường tiểu học Quang Trung, Hạng mục: Nhà lớp học 04 phòng sẽ tạo ra môi trường học tập mới đầy đủ hơn, khang trang hơn, tiện nghi hơn phục vụ tốt công tác giảng dạy và học của giáo viên và học sinh Trường tiểu học Quang Trung;
2.1.3 Nhiệm vụ trọng tâm:
Xây dựng Trường tiểu học Quang Trung nhằm tạo cơ sở vật chất, phòng học đầy đủ tiện nghi, khang trang hơn cho học sinh đến trường tránh trường hợp phải thiếu phòng học, nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy và học của giáo viên và học sinh của trường.
Lộ trình thực hiện giai đoạn từ 2014 – 2015
Để đáp ứng được mục tiêu và nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trên đã đề ra các giải pháp thực hiện cụ thể, trong đó:
2.2 Kết luận về sự cần thiết phải đầu tư.
Theo nhu cầu của trường và học sinh trên địa bàn, việc quyết định đầu tư xây dựng: Trường tiểu học Quang Trung, Hạng mục: Nhà lớp học 04 phòng (02 tầng), nhằm hoàn thiện cơ sở vật chất của trường ,đáp ứng và nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy của giáo viên và học sinh trên địa bàn xã Đăk Plao là hết sức cần thiết và hợp lý.
2.3 Nội dung đầu tư:
Trường tiểu học Quang Trung đảm bảo chất lượng kỹ mỹ thuật, đáp ứng các yêu cầu về công năng sử dụng cho các chức năng chính:
- Khối Nhà lớp học 04 phòng.
2.4 Yêu cầu thiết kế chung: Thiết kế hiện đại, ngăn chia linh hoạt, đảm bảo tính độc lập, khả năng tiếp cận thuận tiện với các không gian khác; Tạo môi trường làm việc tiện nghi, đáp ứng yêu cầu sử dụng.

CHƯƠNG 3
ĐỊA ĐIỂM XÂY DỰNG VÀ HIỆN TRẠNG KHU ĐẤT

3.1 Địa điểm xây dựng:
- Địa điểm xây dựng công trình: Được xây dựng trong khuôn viên quỹ đất của Trường tiểu học Quang Trung.
- Diện tích đất sử dụng xây dựng công trình: 750.00m2.
- Địa chất: Đây là khu đất có đất nền tương đối ổn định, Căn cứ vào các tài liệu khoan thăm dò địa chất của khu vực cho thấy dạng đất chung ở đây là lọai đất tốt, khả năng chịu lực của đất nền là: Rđ = 1,4kg/cm2.
- Địa hình: Khu đất có địa hình tương đối dốc bị lệch cốt phía sau thấp hơn 0.75m .
- Điều kiện thời tiết khí hậu: Khí hậu chịu ảnh hưởng khí hậu vùng Nam Tây Nguyên, chia thành 2 mùa rõ rệt, Mùa mưa từ tháng 5 đến tháng 11, mùa khô từ tháng 12 đến tháng 4 năm sau;
+ Nhiệt độ trung bình : 22,80C
+ Độ ẩm bình quân : 75% ÷ 90%
+ Lượng mưa hàng năm : 2.827 mm
+ Hướng gió chủ đạo: Đông Bắc (mùa khô) Tây Nam (mùa mưa)
3.2 Hiện trạng khu đất
- Công trình được xây dựng trên nền đất trống.
- Hiện trạng hạ tầng kỹ thuật: Lấy điện tường nguồn điện của trường.





CHƯƠNG 4
QUY MÔ ĐẦU TƯ, CÁC GIẢI PHÁP KỸ THUẬT XÂY DỰNG,
KIẾN TRÚC – KẾT CẤU CÔNG TRÌNH
4.1 Quy mô công trình:
Đầu tư xây dựng mới các hạng mục cụ thể như sau:
Địa điểm xây dựng công trình: Được xây dựng trong khuôn viên Trường tiểu học Quang Trung, với một số hạng mục:
- Nhà lớp học 04 phòng: Công trình dân dụng, cấp III; các kích thước chính (LxBxH)=( 28.8x8.1x5.9)m.
+ Diện tích xây dựng tầng trệt: 320 m2.
4.2 Nội dung thiết kế:
- Căn cứ vị trí quy hoạch định hướng xây dựng của trường, dây chuyền công năng , các yêu cầu về sử dụng cũng như sự phát triển lâu dài của trường. Được bố trí như sau :
+ Đối với Nhà lớp học 04 phòng được bố trí song song với mặt đường quy hoạch hiện có.
- Nhà lớp học 04 phòng:
+ Công trình cấp III, các kích thước chính (L*B*H)=( 28.8x8.1x5.9)m; tổ chức mặt bằng gồm : Hành lang và phòng học.
+ Giải pháp kiến trúc : Nền phòng học lát gạch Ceramic 400x400; bả matic sơn 01 nước lót 02 nước phủ toàn nhà; Mái lợp tôn sóng vuông dày 0.35mm, xà gồ thép C50x100x1.8; Cửa đi và cửa sổ sắt kính dùng khung, hoa sắt bảo vệ, toàn bộ kính dùng kính dày 4.2 ly.
+ Giải pháp kết cấu: Móng đơn, móng băng, giằng móng, cột, dầm, sênô…bằng BTCT đổ tại chỗ VXM mác 200; Móng tường xây đá hộc VXM mác 75, tường xây gạch ống VXM mác 75 dày 200, trát tường VXM mác 75 dày 15mm : Bê tông lót móng, bó vỉa, nền đá 4x6 VXM mác 50, thép D>10 sử dụng thép AII, thép D
