Cải tiến công tác quản lý để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và thực hiện đồng bộ sản xuất, rút ngắn thời gian giao hàng. Hạn chế lớn của công ty trong thời gian vừa qua chính là việc xây dựng quy trình vận hành giữa các bộ phận, các xưởng và cung cách làm việc phối hợp thực hiện của các bộ phận trong quy trình đó. Cho nên, công ty cần phải cơ cấu lại tổ chức, phân công đúng người đúng việc; xây dựng một hệ thống nội quy phù hợp, phân công trách nhiệm rõ ràng, khoa học,... Xây dựng quy chế lương, thưởng hợp lý, công bằng, phù hợp nhằm tạo ra môi trường làm việc cạnh tranh, đoàn kết và hiệu quả.
