Cơ quan thuế cần có những thủ tục đóng thuế, cách thu thuế và thủ tục thu
thuế thông thoáng hơn, đơn giản hơn đó là điều mà các doanh nghiệp luôn mong
đợi. Thủ tục hoàn thuế cho các doanh nghiệp cần phải thông thoáng, đơn giản hơn
cho các doanh nghiệp khi họ tiến hành đi hoàn thuế.
Cần có những biện pháp để hạn chế các tiêu cực khi các doanh nghiệp tới cơ
