Năm 2010, tỷ lệ tăng lương của nhóm nhân viên đạt thành tích cao đạt hơn gấp 2 lần so với tỷ lệ tăng lương của nhóm đạt thành tích trung bình, và hơn 5 lần so với tỷ lệ của nhóm chỉ đạt một phần mục tiêu đề ra.
