Trong chế độ tính toán access times

Trong chế độ tính toán access times tín hiệu clock out $(delay\_path0)$của measure block và data out của memory được giữ cố định. Delay\_path1 sẽ được thay đổi tăng dần $(hoặc giảm dần)$ để tìm access times. Khối phase compare được xây dựng nhằm mục đích tìm ra thời điểm output của memory có cùng phase với delay\_path1. Phase compare được xây dựng dựa trên cấu trúc Sense Amplifier.
