12.1. Bên Mua được quyền sở hữu riê

12.1. Bên Mua được quyền sở hữu riêng đối với diện tích Căn Hộ đã mua theo thỏa thuận của Hợp Đồng này và Danh mục các vật liệu bên trong Căn Hộ theo quy định tại Phụ Lục 01 kèm theo Hợp Đồng này, phần diện tích khác trong Tòa Nhà được công nhận là sở hữu riêng (nếu có), hệ thống trang thiết bị kỹ thuật sử dụng riêng kèm theo bên trong gắn liền với Căn Hộ, phần diện tích khác thuộc sở hữu riêng của Bên Mua (nếu có); có quyền sở hữu, sử dụng đối với phần diện tích, thiết bị thuộc sở hữu chung trong Nhà Chung Cư quy định tại khoản 12.3 Điều này.

12.1. The buyer is private property rights with respect to an area of Flat bought under the agreement of this contract and catalog the material inside the apartment as specified in annex 1 attached to this Contract, the other area in the building is recognized as private property (if any) systems, equipment and techniques used in private enclosed inside attached to the apartment, the other a private owned area of the buyer (if available); to own, to use for the area, public-owned devices in the Condominium regulations in clause 12.3 of this.

12.1. Buyer is proprietary to the area Apartments were purchased under agreement to this Agreement and the list of materials inside Apartment prescribed in Appendix 01 to this Agreement, other areas in Buildings are recognized as separate property (if any), systems engineering equipment used separately enclosed inside associated with Apartment, other areas under the private ownership of the Purchaser (if any); have ownership, used for the area, jointly owned equipment in the condominium provisions of Clause 12.3 of this article.
