Nhưng nhân viên này đã không chấp hành theo quy định của Luật Lao động cũng như quy định của Công ty và đã tự ý nghỉ không lý do từ ngày 05/05/2016. Vì vậy Công ty yêu cầu nếu nhân viên này tự ý nghỉ 3 ngày không lý do nghĩa là tới ngày 08/05/2016 nhân viên Trần Minh Đức không đến Công ty làm việc thì xem như đã tự ý nghỉ việc
