Chùa Phật Tích hay còn gọi là chùa Vạn Phúc, thuộc xã Phật Tích, huyện Tiên Du, tỉnh Bắc Ninh là ngôi chùa có tới hàng nghìn năm lịch sử, đã từng là trung tâm văn hóa Phật giáo của nước Đại Việt. Chùa được xây dựng trên núi Lạn Kha, hay còn gọi là núi Phật Tích, núi Tiên Du, núi Nguyệt Hằng, cửa mở ra hướng Tây, trước mặt là sông Đuống.
