là người hỗ trợ cho kế toán trưởng, thực hiện nhiệm vụ theo sự phân công của kế toán trưởng trên cơ sở sự phân công của Giám đốc. Thay mặt cho kế toán trưởng điều hành công tác kế toán khi kế toán trưởng đi vắng, chịu trách nhiệm về các khoản thanh toán với Ngân sách Nhà Nước. Thực hiện lập sổ cái và lập báo cáo kế toán theo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu đột xuất của lãnh đạo công ty. Tổng hợp số liệu theo yêu cầu quản lý chung và định kỳ hằng quý tiến hành xác định kết quả kinh doanh của toàn công ty. Hiện tại, công ty có 2 phó kế toán trưởng,1 phó kế toán trưởng phụ trách đầu tư và 1 phó kế toán trưởng phụ trách tài chính kế toán.
