Nên mua các bản quyền phần mềm khi công ty chúng ta là 100% vốn tại việt nam vì nếu thiếu các chứng từ cho việc này có thể dẫn đến khoản phạt 500.000.000 vnd cộng chi phí phải mua chứng nhận


Nên xây dựng 1 hệ thống sao lưu bên ngoài ( bán kính > 30KM ) để sao lưu mọi thứ dữ liệu trong công ty đề phòng hỏa hoạn hay thiên tai bất ngờ. Vi chi phí này nhỏ hơn thiệt hại nếu 1 ngày toàn bộ hệ thống không hoạt động.
