Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: 1. Xác định tỉ lệ tăng đường máu phản ứng của nhóm bệnh nhân đa chấn thương có chấn thương sọ não vào cấp cứu, điều trị tại khoa Hồi sức cấp cứu. 2. Tìm hiểu mối liên quan giữa mức độ tăng đường máu phản ứng với điểm Glasgow.
Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Tiến cứu, mô tả cắt ngang.
Kết quả nghiên cứu: 67 bệnh nhân đa chấn thương, có chấn thương sọ não tuổi ≥ 15, vào cấp cứu và nằm điều trị tại khoa Hồi sức cấp cứu Bệnh viện Quân y 121 từ tháng 2/2015-10/2015. Trong số 67 bệnh nhân nghiên cưu, có 31 bệnh nhân tăng đường máu phản ứng (46,26%), bệnh nhân nam là 25, chiếm 37,31% và bệnh nhân nữ là 6, chiếm 8,95%. SUMMARYResearch objectives: 1. Identify the rate increase blood sugar response of the patient group most traumatic injury of cranial brain in an emergency, the treatment at the ICU. 2. Find out the relationship between the level of blood sugar increase response with Glasgow.Research methods: description, Research Progress of horizontal cut.Research results: 67 patients with multiple trauma, cranial injury age ≥ 15, on aid and is treated at the ICU military hospital 121 from February 2015-10/2015. ABSTRACT
Objective Research: 1. Determine who hyperglycemia reactions multi trauma patients with traumatic brain injury in the emergency, treatment in emergency resuscitation department. 2. Understanding the relationship between the degree of hyperglycemia react Glasgow point.
Methodology: prospective, descriptive cross.
Findings: 67 patients with multiple injuries, with brain injuries age ≥ 15, in the emergency department and are treated in the Emergency Military Hospital 121 from February / 2015-10 / 2015. Of the 67 patients studied, 31 patients with hyperglycemia reactions (46.26%), male patients was 25, accounting for 37.31% and 6 female patients, accounting for 8.95%. Percentage increase blood sugar response of two different world with p <0.001. Tight negative correlation between GCS score with increased blood sugar level response (r = -0.9; p = 0.0001).
Conclusion: The rate of reaction hyperglycemia multiple trauma patients with traumatic brain injury is : 46.26%. There is a negative correlation between the location of Glasgow with reactive hyperglycaemia (r = - 0.9; p = 0.0001).
