Tại PJICO đối tượng đào tạo được xác định dựa trên quy chế và số liệu thống kê đào tạo. Dựa vào chỉ tiêu đã được xác định và quy chế quy định đối tượng được đào tạo người quản lý trực tiếp sẽ gửi danh sách lên ban CBNS xem xét và trình Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt. Những đối lượng được đi đào tạo cần đáp ứng những điều kiện sau:
- Chấp hành tốt nội quy lao động của công ty, hoàn thành tốt công việc được giao, có sự nỗ lực có trách nhiệm với công việc, cam kết làm việc lâu dài với PJICO
- Thuộc phạm vi đào tạo được cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt
- Đáp ứng được những yêu cầu của cơ sở thực hiện việc đào tạo.
