9. Các biện pháp được áp dụng khi Tôi vi phạm các điều khoản của Bản Cam kết
Tôi đồng ý và thừa nhận rằng nếu Tôi vi phạm bất kỳ điều khoản nào của Bản cam kết, Công ty sẽ có những quyền sau:
(a) Quyền chấm dứt ngay Hợp đồng Lao động của Tôi theo quy định của Bộ Luật Lao động Việt Nam (và tất cả các nghị định, thông tư và các quy định hiện hành khác), hoặc thực hiện các biện pháp khác đối với Tôi theo Luật Lao động và luật khác của Việt Nam.

The measures to be applied when I violated the terms of A commitment I agree and acknowledge that if I violate any of the terms of the commitment, the company will have the following rights: (a) the right to immediately terminate my employment contract under the provisions of the labor law, Vietnam (and all the decrees, circulars and regulations), or take other measures against me under the labor law, and other laws of Vietnam.

9. Measures to be applied when I violate the terms of The Commitment
I agree and acknowledge that if I violate any provision of this written commitment, the Company shall have the following rights:
(a ) the right to immediately terminate the Labor contract of I under the provisions of the Labor Code of Vietnam (and all decrees, circulars and other applicable regulations), or take other measures to I according to the Labor Code and other laws of Vietnam.
