Trong trường hợp bảo lãnh thực hiện

Trong trường hợp bảo lãnh thực hiện Hợp Đồng có nêu cụ thể ngày hết hạn mà ngày đó xảy ra trước thời điểm hai bên ký nghiệm thu bàn giao nêu trên, bên B có trách nhiệm gia hạn bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng tương ứng, nhằm duy trì hiệu lực của bảo lãnh thực hiện Hợp Đồng đến 60 ngày sau ngày hai bên ký kết biên bản nghiệm thu bàn giao đưa hạng mục công trình vào sử dụng như nêu trên.
