Tối qua em đã trao đổi với chuyên viên trên Cục ATTP rồi, em sẽ liệt kê những việc phải làm và phân công công việc cụ thể như dưới đây:
I. Yêu cầu Nhà sản xuất cung cấp các giấy tờ sau (Chị Uyên gửi email cho nhà sản xuất để yêu cầu nhé, mình muốn có các giấy tờ này càng sớm càng tốt):
1. Thư xác nhận rằng sản phẩm này sản xuất ra để bản ra thị trường chứ không phải là sản phẩm cứu trợ (có kí tên và đóng dấu)- gửi bản scan qua email trước, gửi bản gốc về VN sau).
2. Yêu cầu Nhà sản xuất cung cấp Hàm lượng của từng thành phần có trong sản phẩm: gửi bản scan qua email trước, gửi bản gốc về VN sau)..
II. Tại Việt Nam:
1. Chị Uyên: scan và gửi cho em Phiếu kết quả kiểm nghiệm bản gốc màu (vì trong hồ sơ mình gửi scan bản đen trắng nên không được chấp nhận).
2. Minh làm: Làm công văn giải trình là sản phẩm có Free Sale Certificate thì đương nhiên được lưu hành trên thị trường ( tuy nhiên phải có Thư xác nhận của nhà sản xuất như mục 1 phần I thì mới có giá trị).
3. Minh làm: Dịch nhãn sản phẩm từ tiếng Anh sang tiếng Việt (em sẽ thuê cty dịch thuật ngoài Hà Nội, dự kiến 1 ngày xong), nếu .
4. Minh làm: Sau khi có Hàm lượng của từng thành phần (mục 2 phần II), em sẽ so sánh kết quả trên phiếu kiểm nghiệm ( mức công bố ±10% theo công văn sửa đổi.Sẽ có 2 trường hợp: nếu kết quả kiểm nghiệm đáp ứng mức ±10% thì tốt, nếu không đáp ứng thì em sẽ lấy mẫu kiểm nghiệm lại tại Quatest ở HN (mất khoảng 7 ngày) và có kết quả chắc chắn đạt- vì em có quan hệ tốt ở Quatest mà.

5. Minh làm: công văn giải trình về việc hàm lượng Vitamin A không đạt như công văn của Cục ATTP ngày 21.5.2016

6. Minh làm: sau khi có đầy đủ giấy tờ theo yêu cầu, em sẽ chuẩn bị lại các nội dung như: nhãn phụ, bản công bố chất lượng, mức đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn...và nộp hồ sơ online bằng tài khoản của cty Phương Oanh.


Khi đó em sẽ dự kiến chi phí và thông báo cho chị, quan điểm của em là giúp anh chị với chi phí thấp nhất và kết quả nhanh nhất.
