Tổng quan về vấn đề cơ sở vật chất và môi trường học tập:
Một số giải pháp đưa ra:
• Củng cố chất lượng wifi bằng cách lắp thêm thiết bị phát wifi tại từng tầng học, từng khu học.
• Khu giữ xe nên có vé xe theo tháng -> giảm tình trạng ùn tắc
• Khu giữ xe nên phân bố từng khu giữ xe riêng
• Căng tin nên có thêm nhiều sự lựa chọn về món ăn.
• Nâng cao chất lượng món ăn tại căng tin
• Có thêm nhân viên tại căng tin
Về chất lượng đào tạo:
Theo kết quả khảo sát, chúng tôi thấy được rất nhiều sinh viên năm 1 không hài lòng về học phí. Họ cho rằng chất lượng giảng dạy giống nhau nhưng học phí của họ cao hơn so với năm 2, năm 3. Về sinh viên năm 2 đến năm 4 thì không có phàn nàn về học phí. Mà thay vào đó, họ không đồng tình với việc đưa tiếng anh vào giảng dạy (đối với các lớp CLC). Một số ý kiến cho rằng việc đưa Tiếng Anh vào giảng dạy sẽ khiến sinh viên không hiểu bài hoàn toàn và tính điểm Tiếng Anh vào điểm trung bình là không phù hợp.
Bên cạnh đó cũng có một số sinh viên không hài lòng về thời khóa biểu và tài liệu học tập. Theo sinh viên, thời khóa biểu cần thay đổi, thời khóa biểu quá kín trong một ngày hay thời khóa biểu sắp xếp chưa hợp lý (Một số tiết học đến 19h hay 12h30 khiến sinh viên khó tập trung vì một số lý do khách quan).
Cách giải quyết:
• Không nên tính điểm tiếng anh vào điểm trung bình học kì.
• Sắp xếp thời khóa biểu phù hợp hơn cho sinh viên bằng cách không nên sắp các lớp học quá kín vào cùng một ngày ( đối với các sinh viên CLC)
• Giảm học phí cho các sinh viên năm 1
• Củng cố các chính sách về học phí
Về chất lượng giảng dạy, sự tương tác giữa sinh viên và giảng viên, hay vấn đề kiểm tra và thi cử, hầu hết sinh viên thể hiện sự hài lòng hoặc bình thường. Sinh viên cũng hài lòng với các chính sách miễn giảm hay các học bổng của trường học. Hoặc ở các sinh viên CLC, họ hài lòng vì không cần “chiến đấu” để đăng ký tín chỉ.
