Gồm phần lãnh thổ phía Đông dãy Trường Sơn, kéo dài từ phía Nam dãy Hoành Sơn tới Phan Thiết. Đây là miền khí hậu chuyển tiếp giữa hai miền khí hậu nói trên. Miền này lại có thể chia làm hai vùng:
