Việc giao nhận và đăng kí quyền sử dụng đất
- Bên A đã giao cho bên B và bên B đã nhận mặt bằng thửa đất nêu tại điều 1 của hợp đồng này cùng giấy tờ về quyền sử dụng đất là bản gốc duy nhất theo đúng thời hạn và phương thức mà hai bên đã thỏa thuận trước khi ký hợp đồng này. Bên B hiện đang quản lý, sử dụng thửa đất nêu trên.
- Bên A có nghĩa vụ thực hiện việc đăng ký quyền sử dụng đất tại cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo đúng quy định của pháp luật.
